Is the free plan actually free — forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no expiry and no credit card required. You get 50 emails per month, which resets on the 1st of every month.
What counts as one email?
Each AI generation counts as one email — including re-generates of the same company. Saving, copying, and exporting don't count against your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep the higher plan until then.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
What is bulk mode?
Bulk mode lets you paste up to 50 company names at once and generate a personalised email for each one in a single batch. Each email is individually researched and written — not a template.
What is the API used for?
The Team plan API lets you generate emails programmatically via REST API. Teams use it to plug Flailo into their CRM, enrichment pipelines, or custom sales tooling.
How does the free plan work?
